MERLIN Stirs Confidence in Upcoming Single, ‘Recipe’

MERLIN is following in the footsteps of dominate women in the mainstream music who are relentless in changing the norms of a male-dominated industry. “Recipe,” set to release on May 23rd is a fiery techno-pop track that demonstrates MERLIN’s talent and determination to her craft.
“Artists like Lil' Kim, Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, and so many more have shaped and constantly challenge the status quo in a male-dominated industry" says MERLIN. "They embody an unapologetic and authentic version of themselves and use their craft to expand on their identities. That was my goal.”
The single comes after MERLIN’s ‘Dark Matter’ EP which released in 2021 highlighting the pop-artists own difficult life encounters and struggle with confidence. “I think this track is crucial to my growth as an artist and as a woman.” confesses MERLIN.
